DOWN TIME IS COSTLY
Most coin laundry owners are not good at keeping their dryers in top operating condition, dryers burn Clothes, motors run till they destroy themselves. With the high of replacement parts today it makes sense to spend the pennies to save dollars. The American Dryer Motors are extremely costly the cheapest costing about $224 and the highest $324. You should have a spare motor assembly in stock at all times and rotate motors every five years thru the entire store. The cost of rebuilding a motor is about $23 a small cost to keep in top shape.
COMPUTER BOARDS CAN BE FIXED
Never throw away a bad computer.
Have them repaired by ALJ for a small fraction of the cost of new, and there
again have a spare.
